Overview
An adjustable bench is probably the most-used piece of equipment in the free-weight area. Hammer Strength's Multi-Adjustable Bench moves between flat, incline and near-upright positions for dumbbell presses, rows, curls and more.
We check the adjustment mechanism at every position, the seat and back upholstery, the wheels and handle, and the frame.
