Chest & Shoulder Machines
Pressing machines are the backbone of a commercial strength floor. They let members load the chest, shoulders and triceps heavily without a spotter, and they suit beginners and experienced lifters alike.
Plate-loaded iso-lateral presses move each arm independently, so a stronger side cannot take over. Selectorized presses change load with a pin and keep the floor tidy. Fly and rear-delt machines add the isolation work that free weights make awkward. When we assess a used press, we look closely at pivot bearings, handle grips and seat adjustment, because those take the most daily wear.
