Arms & Core Machines
Arm and core machines are where members finish a session, and they are often the first machines a gym owner adds once the big movements are covered. Most are compact, which makes them easier to fit into a busy floor or a home gym than full-size leg or back machines.
On used arm and core machines we pay attention to arm-pad upholstery, the handle grips and the cam or lever pivots, because these parts take direct contact on every repetition.
