Terms of quotation and sale

These terms explain how GYMVAULT listings and quotations work. The quotation you receive for a specific unit sets out the final price, payment, delivery and after-sales terms for that unit, and takes precedence over this summary.

Listings

In stock and In refurbishment listings describe specific units GYMVAULT holds. Their grade, photographs and notes describe that unit. Source on request listings describe models we can try to locate; they are not an offer of a specific machine, and availability, condition and price are confirmed in a quotation.

Quotations and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. Each quotation states what is included, any taxes, delivery and installation charges, how long the quotation is valid, and the payment terms, including any advance needed to reserve a unit.

Condition

Pre-owned equipment shows wear consistent with its condition grade. We describe known imperfections and photograph them. Please review the photographs and notes before you confirm an order, and ask if anything is unclear.

Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation are arranged per order. You are responsible for telling us about access at the site (lifts, stairs, doorways, flooring) and for having the site ready on the agreed date.

After-sales support

After-sales terms, including any warranty, are agreed for each unit and written into its quotation. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Brand names

GYMVAULT is an independent reseller. Manufacturer names identify equipment only; GYMVAULT is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by those manufacturers.
