Overview
A half rack gives lifters a safe station for squats, presses and rack pulls, with J-hooks and safeties at adjustable heights, while staying open at the front. The HD Elite range is Hammer Strength's heavy-duty rack line, built for athletic and commercial facilities.
Racks are close to indestructible, so the checks are mainly cosmetic and safety-related: frame straightness, the J-hook and safety-arm liners, the pull-up bar and any plate-storage horns.
