Overview
Cybex's plate-loaded line includes a hack squat built around a back-supported sled on an angled track. Like all hack squats, it lets members train the quadriceps hard on a guided path with the back supported, without having to balance and brace a barbell.
On a used unit we check the sled bearings and track, the shoulder pads, the safety catches and the footplate, and we load the machine through its full range before quoting.
