Overview
The SkiErg simulates the double-poling action of cross-country skiing. Members pull two handles down against an air-resistance flywheel, working the lats, triceps and core hard, and it takes up very little floor space.
It is self-powered and simple. On a used unit we check the cords, handles, flywheel bearing and the performance monitor.
